Lovely accom - location a bit too quiet for us
The property is beautifully renovated, with a Juliet balcony overlooking the lake. It’s a peaceful location, with the ferry a minutes walk away. It is nicely equipped with a washing machine, large SMEG fridge, & lots of crockery etc. Some fabulous dining downstairs at Belle Ile, & multiple options nearby. Villa Carlotta & its beautiful botanical gardens are a short walk away.
The location was a bit too quiet for us & we would have preferred a village vibe. The accom was $3000AU for 5nights (11 Sept checkin) which was very expensive, but Lake Como is expensive! The bedding needed an upgrade - it didn’t feel like I was in $600AU per night accom. We waited 2hrs one day for a bus to Menaggio as none of the scheduled buses came. The ferry was great though.

The views and location make this property. It is spectacular! The lounge room furniture is well thought out and the on site car parking is very convenient.
For the price we were disappointed with the quality of linen and the mattress. The bed was very uncomfortable with no support.

Gorgeous locations- well set up for a couple and a toddler with a travel crib, high chair, and kids utensils.

Wonderful, anyone planning to come to Como should consider CAPI.
The view was amazing, and the apartment was clean and a great size. Being able to use the washing machine was an added bonus.
Getting there when the ferries weren’t running required an expensive cab. Not the fault of the property but good for future guests to know.

An amazing building full of character, the apartment was modern with good quality fixtures and parking. Exceptionally clean and equipped for our needs (3 night stay). Very accessible to the ferries and other parts of the lake. Excellent views of the lake. Sitting on the balcony having breakfast in the morning sunshine was amazing watching the people and the ferries coming in and out. Lovely safe walk to Villa Carlotta and Tremezzo and its restaurants. Fabulous restaurant attached to the building definitely worth visiting.
The main road outside but if you want lake views you have to have the road and the views of the lake and the position of the apartment way out weigh the noise from the road.
