The location was excellent, the apartment was clean and tidy
It was very warm and there was no air con. Maybe even a couple of extra fans would have been great

First and foremost - the amazing view at the lake from all the windows. Top location - very close to the ferry terminal and also plenty of public car parks nearby on the main street (during the high season arrive early in the morning or later in the evening to get the parking spot). Very comfortable apartment overall - spacious, clean, nice kitchen, comfy bed, nice bathroom, everything you need to enjoy the pleasant stay (also for the families with kids). Very friendly and responsive host (quickly resolved all the questions we had). Definitely would stay there again!
The only disturbing thing I could think of was noise from the street during the night. But I would think that is just a common tradeoff to accept in all the apartments with the lake side windows.
