Proce and setup doesn’t match

Great location and beautiful view to the lake

The furniture creaked, the equipment was too basic, the lamps were old, and the light bulbs had mismatched colors. Most of the furniture seemed to be there just because the place is meant for rent. Very low quality that doesn’t match the price. There were construction materials in front of the entrance and in the yard. Overall, a rental property with too many compromises. It’s a shame, because the location, the setting, and the view are amazing.

Excellent location, beautiful view on the lake

Wonderful location in quiet town. Easy walk to waterfront, mini market and nearby village.Kitchen well equipped. Clean towels and bed linnen. Easy check in and out process. Parking in front of the appartment. Beautiful view on the lake.

Garden under development. Bed in master bedroom a bit sqeeky. Like in many vacation houses, there is noise from upstairs neighbors. For our appartment you had to take to flights of stairs. Not an issue for us, but to keep in mind for some travelers. Some kitchen apparel, like frying pans could be replaced. Internet down 1 day. Might be because of works in the area. Construction works going on when we were there, so quite noisy in the morning. But should be over by SEP25.

Comfortable stay with beautiful lake views and easy access to nearby towns.

Lovely view over the lake from above! Only a 3-minute walk to the local mini-market. 5 minutes to the ferry connecting to Bellagio, Menaggio, and Varenna. Spacious 2-bedroom apartment. Free private parking. The kitchen is large and filled with natural light, great for cooking and hanging out. The host was friendly and welcoming.

There are stairs, so it might be difficult if you have mobility concerns. No air conditioning, which might be noticeable during the hotter season. One room has a weak Wi-Fi connection.

There are construction works happening around Griante, it didn’t spoil our stay at all as we travel with a baby, so we wake up early anyway, but good to keep it in mind. To be fair - construction works are happening all over Como lake.

Fantastic views of lake Como.

Fantastic views from the terrace across the lake to Bellagio so it was lovely to sit out there with a drink. Large sitting room and kitchen with a dishwasher and dishwashing tabs which makes eating in so much nicer on holiday. The washing machine was also a bonus although there was no washing powder to use. There is a lovely pizza restaurant in the village of Griante only 5 minutes walk away. It had an off road parking space. The walk down steps to the lake and ferry only takes 5 minutes but quite a bit longer returning! It was good to have 2 separate bathrooms when there were 4 people.

We could have done with a small table on the terrace to put our drinks down while admiring the view. We also needed more than 2 wine glasses for 4 adults. The room with 2 single beds really needs bedside lights like the ones in the double bedroom.

Cal neteja i carinyo als detalls

Les vistes, i que era molt espaiós.

Li cal una bona neteja a fons. Faltaven cosses bàsiques per a completar la totalitat de la nostra estada, paper higiènic, estris de cuina, paper de cuina, tovalloles a un bany, etc...La TV no funcionava vam haver de buscar un allargament nosaltres. Entrada a l'apartament, al vestíbul, ple de material de obra i el jardí esta en obres. En general molt poca atenció als detalls i a la netedat. Antic i que necessita un bon repàs.

Très cher pour ce que c'était, mais emplacement parfait et le logement bien sauf équipements

L'emplacement idéal, vue magnifique, très spacieux et le parking qui est prévu, donc très facile

Pas de rideau de douche dans la baignoire alors qu'il y a une barre de douche qui le permettrait. Equipement de la cuisine pas suffisant pour 6 personnes, pas de machine à café, juste une cafetière italienne qu'on n'a pas su faire fonctionner.

Ár-érték arányban remek szállás, kiváló megközelítéssel.

A környék csodálatos, a felső emeleti teraszról és az egyik hálószobából csodás volt a kilátás, bár az érintett ingatlanon építkezés zajlott, amiről nem kaptunk előzetes tájékoztatást. A Como-i tó, a hajókikötő is pár perc gyaloglással megközelíthető volt, ahogy a kisbolt is. A lakás elég jól felszerelt. Maria, a bérbeadó nagyon kedves és szolgálatkész.

Az egyik fürdőszobában nem volt a kádon sem zuhanyfüggöny, sem paraván. Hiányzott a hajszárító, és a konyhai törlőkendő. Kevés konnektor volt.
