First floor apartment on the waterfront with two balconies with amazing views overlooking Lake Como, towards Bellagio. Large living room and fully equipped kitchen. 100 metres from the Cadenabbia ferry station, so easy access to all the towns on the lake. Our host Lara met us at check in and explained everything, then checked in on us every couple of days to ask if we needed anything. A bonus was the bottle of Prosecco and snacks upon arrival, which we enjoyed on the balcony watching the sun set.

We had the most amazing time staying at this apartment. The view from the apartment was beautiful. Waking up every morning to the sight of the lake and mountains was truly a treat. Another advantage of this apartment was its fantastic location right next to the ferry and near a bus stop, which made it so easy to explore other towns in the area. What impressed us the most was how the host had thought about every detail. The apartment had everything one could possibly need for a comfortable stay with cozy furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen. It felt like a home away from home. I wholeheartedly recommend this holiday apartment. The beautiful view, attention to detail, cleanliness, great host and fantastic location made it an exceptional stay. If you're looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay at Lake Como, this apartment is the perfect choice.

View was great and had access to ferries to bounce around.

From train station getting a taxi was a bit difficult. This is no fault of property

The view was beautiful and it was next to the ferry! Also, there were restaurants in walking distance.

The apartment is lovely with views of the lake, a close walk to the ferries that can take you across the lake to the main towns or up and down the lake, and a few doors from Villa Carlotta and some good restaurants. The host is responsive, kind, and accommodating. We were honored to be the first guest she had staying with a baby and she decided to buy a baby crib, a high chair, and small set of toys that the little one enjoyed a lot. She thought of everything else too - the apartment had everything we needed. The parking spot and garden were good too, right at the place. We were sad to leave.

Exceptional stay! Everything about this apartment was perfect. The view was stunning, the location was ideal, and the place was spotless. I especially loved the coffee machine and the capsules – such a thoughtful touch! ☕😍 The host was amazing – super friendly and helpful. She provided all the information we needed, both for enjoying the apartment and exploring the area. She also stocked the bathroom with literally everything you might need – from shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel to makeup remover, ladies’ pads, nail polish remover, and even a full nail kit. Such attention to detail made us feel truly cared for! The bus station and ferry stop are just a few steps away, making it super easy to visit all the nearby villages. There’s also a lovely restaurant close by for both breakfast and dinner. Highly recommended – would definitely stay here again!

if you’re an early sleeper, you might hear some noise from the restaurant downstairs until around 11 p.m., but it didn’t bother us much and everything quiets down afterward.
