Nice spacious apartment, good location, parking for a car with roof box. Prompt and easy communication with owners to arrange key pick up as we arrived at 1am.

Parfait pour 3 jours en famille pour découvrir Bruxelles

L'appartement est très spacieux et confortable. Il est super bien situé dans un quartier très sympa et proche du centre. Tout peut se faire à pied mais il est aussi très bien desservi si besoin d'aller plus loin. Notre hôte était très arrangeant et très réactif à nos sollicitations...merci :-)

Ce qu'on pensait être une terrasse sur les photos n'en était pas vraiment une car il y a un toit et des fenêtres, certes sans vitres :-)...Mais bon en plein mois de février ce n'était pas gênant :-) :-)

2 banyo var gözüküyor ama değil bir tvulaet bir banyo var. Banyoda tuvalet yok. Son gün çıkış saatimize vakit varken temizliklerin eve girmiş olması bizi rahatsız etti! Çünkü eşyalarımız içerideydi ve değerli bir su mataramız kayıp oldu ! Biz market için dısarı cıkmıştık geldiğimizde onları gördük. Ve mataramız yoktu sorduğumuzda cevap gelmedi.

Le logement était super, tout était propre et sentait très très bon, le logement était spacieux et il y avait un marché de Noël avec une grande roue au pied de l’appartement, le quartier est calme et confiant avec une petite supérette en bas si besoin tout était propice à un bon week-end !

Ubicación buena. El anfitrión nos resolvió un problemilla que tuvimos con mucha eficacia. Se agradece que nos dejara capsulas de café, infusiones, azúcar.

Por poner una pega no habia microondas y nos hubiera gustado disponer de otro juego de llaves.

Casa espaçosa e agradável. Não conhecemos pessoalmente o dono do apartamento, contudo sempre que precisámos obtivemos resposta pelo what'up e pelas msg do booking. Também foi muito atencioso porque podemos deixar as malas na garagem da casa depois do check-out.

O beliche era mais adequado para crianças do que para adultos, A melhorar: falta uma cortina na janela da zona do beliche e a banheira é escorregadia. Na casa de banho do duche existe muito bolor, deveria ser pintada e tratada. Para 7 adultos era bom que existisse mais uma sanita.

Dejlig lejlighed, desværre med al for meget perfume duft.

God plads. Gode senge. Dejlig med garage.

Der var duft pinde mange steder i lejligheden, og sengetøjet duftende så meget af parfume at det var helt ubehageligt at sove i. Ikke kun for den person vi havde med, som har duft allergi, men også for vi andre.

الموقع قريب لساحة الدام 10 دقائق مشي و يوجد للسيارة كراج.

لايوجد ستارة عند السرير الذي بطابقين ، يوجد ازعاج شديد من الخطوات على الارضية الخشب من الجار العلوي خاصة في الليل والصباح الباكر يبدو ان السقف الفاصل بين الدورين خشب ، الدرج متعب لحمل الشنط ، وجود بقع اتساخ على سقف الحمام ، كان الجو حار ولا يوجد مكيفات واذا فتحت النوافذ ازعاج من الخارج.

Gute Gelegenes und geräumiges Appartement für eine Brüssel-Visite.

Gute Lage: Metrostation um die Ecke und auch zu Fuß in die Stadt ist kein Problem. Gute Parkmöglichkeit im Haus. Geräumig um mit 7 Personen zu übernachten.

Nous avons dû relaver toute la vaisselle avant de l’utiliser. Suggestion de mettre un couvre fenêtre près du lit superposé.

Pas d'air conditionné. Il y fait étouffant et ce n'est pas la présence d'un ventilateur acheté 2,5 euros chez Action qui a réglé le problème.

Er waren in gebouw tegenover bouwwerkzaamheden met lawaai vanaf 7:00 uur, dit was alleen op een van de twee ochtenden.

Pelrima locatie voor bezoek aan het Centrum

Om de hoek.ligt een plein.met gezellige restaurants en op prima loopafstand van hartje centrum. De eigenaar Renaldo kon niet aanwezig zijn bij de checkin. Maar gaf heldere uitleg om in te checken. Hij is via app of telefoon goed en snel te bereiken voor vragen en zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam . Grote ruimte, prima bedden, lekker rustige slaapkamers.

Niets dat bezwaarlijk is of tegenviel, ander dan de regen die we hadden voor het bezoek aan de stad. Goed adres dus om te onthouden voor een volgende keer!

De keuken was echt vies. De oven zat aangekoekt met vuil en vet. Een laag stof op de koelkast en spinnenwebben die niet in een dag zijn gemaakt. Ook de uitrusting van de keuken was minimaal

quel dommage un si bel appartement . beaucoup de lacunes . four et hotte très sales , toiles d araignées cuisine et terrasse . équipement cuisine , spartiate pas de saladier pas de plat allant au four , pas d 'épluches légumes , essoreuse à salade , ciseaux , couteau à pain, couteau à découper une viande , . annonce erronée il n y a pas 3 canapés lits au salon , juste 1lits à étages et une banquette qui ne fait pas lit. porte coulissante à réparer très dure à fermer et ouvrir

Grand espace de vie, emplacement parfait avec parking parfait. Très propre.

Porte d'accès a l'appartement très difficile a mobiliser pour une femme ( baie vitrée) , eau chaude quasi absente a la douche, bien que très fourni en électroménager, un micro onde serai parfait surtout pour les plats bébé. Insonorisation un peu juste par rapport au voisin du dessus.
