It was very convenient from the train station and to the historic center and still very quiet. I am glad I didn’t have a large suitcase, though, as it was on the 4th floor with no elevator.
I guess a paper towel in the kitchen would been nice. I thought I detected smoky smell in the linens but it could been a detergent I am not used to.
The TV didn’t seem to have more than one Chanel but I don’t travel to great places like Rouen to watch tv. The organizer/host was excellent to communicate with and very accommodating and punctual in meeting mě at the property even though I was a bit delayed. Thank you. MartinK

Excellent emplacement.
Propreté des parties communes et de l'appartement.
De l'espace dans toutes les pièces.
Accueil efficace et aimable de l'agent.
Quelques éléments difficiles à manipuler (manette pour passer du mode baignoire au mode douche, verrou de la salle de bain).
Télécommande probablement sans piles (mais pas eu besoin de TV au final)

La ubicación y que era fiel a las fotos.
El mando de la televisión no funcionaba, había poco menaje para los 5, no era fácil aparcar cerca y estaba en un tercer piso sin ascensor.
