Room was very pleasing -beautifully dressed and very smart

It was very noisy due to traffic - as room very close to road - efforts made by host in supplying ear plugs - great attention when checking in - By young lad - really obliging and pleasant helped me with my case , pre chose breakfast slot but self and other couple waited nearly 20 mins for someone to come take food order / tea- although there was cereals / toaster out other couple said it hadn’t been like that previously - slightly put off by cleaner hoovering when seated waiting for breakfast and mopping floor leaving strong disinfectant smell but she did stop what she was doing . Would have preferred a larger towel in bathroom

The choice of breakfast was varied and plentiful. the chefs couldnt have been more helpful. the evning menu was varied and the food was exceptional . good flavour, quality and price. All the staff were helpful throughout our stay.

We had the smallest room! Daily furninshing of milk and sugar in the room.

Lovely staff, nicely done rooms, great shower! Breakfast was good too :)

Unfortunately our room was next to the road and was unbelievably noisy throughout the night - 'like sleeping in the middle of the road' were my husband's words, and he is usually able to sleep just about anywhere. As an instant fix, supplying earplugs is definitely necessary for this room. Sadly we didn't have ours with us and they would have made the world of difference. Longer term maybe some more soundproofing is needed? Our friends stayed in another room which they said wasn't noisy at all, so don't let this put you off booking - just request a quiet room. :)
