This beautiful 60-square-meter vacation apartment is located on the first floor of a detached, solid-construction house with only two
residential units on a 900-square-meter lot. It is situated in a quiet, child- and dog-friendly location in a charming little vacation home complex in the Klützer Winkel.

It features two bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds, respectively, a large, fully equipped kitchen-living area, a spacious living room with a pull-out sofa bed, and a bathroom with a toilet and shower.
A 300-square-meter garden enclosed by a picket fence, featuring a gazebo and patio furniture right next to
the private entrance, is included, as is a private parking space.

There is also a small communal playground on the vacation grounds.
There is no through traffic.

NON-SMOKING ACCOMMODATION, but smoking is, of course, permitted in the gazebo and outdoors.

The Baltic Sea is just a few minutes away (approx. 6.5 km) and offers beautiful natural beaches away from the main tourist areas. A bike path stretching many kilometers runs from Travemünde to Boltenhagen and continues directly along the coast. The Leonorenwald begins just a few hundred meters away, practically diagonally across, and is perfect for hiking. Discount stores, gas stations, bakeries, butcher shops, and other stores are also nearby (Klütz 8 km, Dassow 12 km). Klütz is also home to the famous Bothmer Castle and features a narrow-gauge railway. The well-known Hohen Schönberg organic farm is just 2 km away. The Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen is about 11 km away. The large Hansapark amusement park (Sierksdorf) is only 56 km away. The Hanseatic city of Wismar is 29 km away, and the state capital, Schwerin, is 52 km away.
