The exceptionally chic vacation“Rotes Haus am Meer,” located on a beautiful garden lot just 500 m from the beach. The 130 m² living space offers spacious accommodations for up to 5 people. Built to high eco-friendly standards, this vacation home features a spacious living area with a comfortable sofa, a wood-burning stove, a flat-screen TV, and a built-in, very comfortable kitchenette equipped with a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, and much more, as well as a large dining area. The large terrace with garden is accessible directly from the living area as well as from the wellness area, which features an infrared sauna, hot tub, and wall/floor heating. You can also relax wonderfully on the wraparound wooden porch. There are three separate bedrooms, each with one double bed, one of which is on the first floor. The upper floor can be described as a studio, so to speak, with additional seating, a dream swing, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower. You can also use the washer and dryer in the utility room. For small children, a travel crib, high chair, and handcart are provided. This is a non-smoking home. Pets are allowed for 10.00? per day. One parking space is available at the house. Upon arrival, a security deposit of 200 euros must be paid in cash.
Check-in is from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m., and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
