With 200 m² of living space, it offers ideal vacation conditions for up to 8 people plus two. The very comfortable furnishings and the fully equipped kitchenette are just as impressive as the well-thought-out floor plan, which features three separate bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a guest restroom. A high chair and a travel crib are provided for children. You can use the Wi-Fi, washing machine, and dryer free of charge, as well as three outdoor parking spaces next to the house. The vacation home is located near the Baltic Sea Cycle Route, which winds through forests, meadows, and fields. Pets are not allowed. Optionally, you can book laundry packages to lighten your luggage. Nearby is the Schlossgut Groß Schwansee estate with its natural castle garden, restaurant, and café featuring an outdoor terrace.

The detached house “Ostseehaus Sabine” is one of the most comfortable accommodations in Groß Schwansee. The nearly perfect layout of the living space makes it ideal for a vacation stay for up to 8 people. This stylish house offers 200 m² of living space, including a fully equipped kitchen-dining area and a wood-burning stove in the living area. The vacation home features three separate bedrooms, each with a TV and its own bathroom. One dog is welcome. Underfloor heating provides cozy warmth. The vacation home is situated on a large lot alongside another house of identical design. Both houses can also be rented together.


The first floor is stylishly furnished. A sofa arrangement invites you to relax by the cozy fireplace. A TV, stereo system, and free Wi-Fi are available. From the living area, you can access a seasonally furnished terrace facing north/east. The large garden is ideal for children and also offers a barbecue area. The open-concept kitchen is integrated into the living area and features an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher, and much more. You can enjoy your home-cooked meals at a large dining table. When the weather is nice, you’ll surely enjoy dining on the terrace overlooking the garden. One of the separate, comfortable bedrooms is located on the living level. This bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also an utility room on the first floor with free use of a washing machine and dryer, as well as a guest restroom.


A staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are two additional bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. One of the bedrooms features a double bed, a TV, and a shower room with a sink and toilet. The other, very spacious family bedroom features a double bed, a sofa bed ideal for children (160 cm x 200 cm), and is also equipped with a modern, naturally lit bathroom featuring a corner bathtub, shower, sink, and toilet.
A high chair and a travel crib are also available free of charge. Pets are allowed at Ostseehaus Sabine for a fee.


Three free outdoor parking spaces round out the amenities.
For large families, the neighboring “Ostseehaus Ulrich”—which is identical in design and located on the same property—can be booked in addition.
