About this house rental
In an idyllic location near the promenade near Travemünde, 300 m from the sandy beach, 400 m from the dog beach, this holiday home, completed in August 2012, is located in a newly built settlement without through traffic. This modern and tastefully furnished non-smoking house is well suited for relaxing holidays with children or dogs. You will find everything your heart desires on around 140m².
On the ground floor there is a spacious, bright living and dining area with direct access to the furnished southwest terrace.
In the garden, the children can look forward to their own play structure with slide. You will also find a pavilion with a grill and other play equipment there.
Alternatively, you can enjoy the cool evenings in front of the fireplace. For your entertainment you will find a flat-screen TV, satellite radio, CD and DVD player.
Directly adjacent to the living room you will find the kitchen with stove, incl. Ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine (cups not included in the rental price), as well as a refrigerator and a separate freezer. A washing machine with an integrated dryer is available in the utility room. Also on the ground floor is one of the 4 double bed bedrooms and a bathroom with a glass shower.
Upstairs are another 3 bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with glass shower, bath tub and sauna. In one of the bedrooms there is another flat screen TV, incl. DVD player. W-LAN is available during your stay. There are two highchairs and toys for indoor and outdoor use in the house for younger guests.
The ground and upper floors are completely tiled or equipped with high-quality PVC floors with a wood look and underfloor heating. A parking space is available at the house.

This was a great place to stay. Very clean and well-maintained. Kitchen equipped with everything we needed. House lovely and warm for a cool week in April. Communication with house manager excellent.

Von Anfang an waren wir sehr mit der Betreuung durch Herr Mummert zufrieden. Er war immer erreichbar, hilfsbereit und freundlich! Das Haus und der Garten sind in gepflegtem Zustand, die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, und noch mehr (Kaffeekapseln, Backpapier und Frühstückstüten sind ein besonderes extra)! Alle Geräte funktionieren.
Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet, mit viel Charme und Geschmack!
Sehr kinderfreundliches Objekt, da viele Spiele im Schrank vorhanden, Kinderstühle und Spielgeräte draußen und ein tolles Piratenschiff mit vielen Spielmöglichkeiten!
Was eine schöne Überraschung war: die vorhandenen Bügeleisen und Wäscheklammern oder auch Buggy , hätten wir gerne vorher gewusst.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und einen schönen Familienurlaub verbracht!

Allerdings hatten wir eine bessere Ausstattung erwartet (speziell ein Bett gehört ausgetauscht) und zur Begrüßung liefen Ameisen durch den Wohnbereich, die allerdings auch recht schnell beseitigt waren.
Der Außenbereich war auch verbesserungswürdig, ansonsten war es allerdings in Ordnung. In der Umgebung gibt es viel zu erleben, besonders für unsere Zwillinge (18 Monate).
Die Hausverwaltung war allerdings top

Wir haben den Familienurlaub mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kleinkindern sowie 2 Hunden im schönen Rosenhagen verbracht. Das Haus war sehr gut eingerichtet mit viel Platz für alle. Es gab sogar einen Buggy und einen Bollerwagen für unseren Enkelsohn und für den Transport zum Naturstrand. Der Weg war kurz und für die Hunde gab es viele Möglicjhkeiten zum Gassigehen. Es war ein toller Urlaub in dem schönen kleinen Örtchen Rosenhagen.
