The vacation home offers 127 square meters of living space for up to 8 people. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers ensure a relaxing vacation. The wind-protected terrace, along with another terrace, a balcony on the upper floor, and the private garden are perfect for a wonderful family vacation. A parking space is available free of charge. Attractions such as Lübeck, Travemünde, and the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen are within a 30-minute drive.

With 127 square meters of living space, this spacious thatched-roof vacation home is nearly perfect for up to 5 guests. The beautiful beach, ideal for swimming, is just 800 meters away. This high-end, single-family home spans two floors. On the first floor, which features a spacious entryway, you’ll find very invitingly furnished rooms. The cozy living/dining area, with a comfortable couch and a large dining table, features a wood-burning stove for cozy warmth. Firewood is provided. Of course, the living room also features a TV, DVD player, and stereo system. The family-friendly amenities include a high chair. The kitchen, which has been cleverly integrated into the living area, is of high quality. Two terraces, one of which is covered, are accessible from both the kitchen and the living room. This allows you to enjoy your meals outdoors in the summer and relax to your heart’s content. The beautifully landscaped garden is perfect for sunbathing and playing. Additionally, the first floor of the house features a study as well as a stylishly tiled shower room. A washer and dryer are available in the utility room. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, where you’ll find a second TV and a seating area in the hallway. This floor also features two bedrooms with double beds—one of which has a balcony—as well as a third bedroom with a single bed. The spacious bathroom has a window and features a bathtub, a walk-in shower, a bidet, and a toilet. The entire vacation home is comfortably heated by underfloor heating. It is particularly worth noting that only natural building materials were used in this house. You can use the outdoor parking space next to the house free of charge.
You can safely store your own or rented bikes in the bike shed right next to the house. You’ll also find a wallbox (€0.35/kWh) for charging cables with a Type 2 plug (11 kW), as well as a Schuko double outlet for your e-bikes. A security deposit of 200.00 euros is required. This is a non-smoking property where pets are not allowed.
