Very very central. Keys easy to collect from just by the new street train station. Clean and tidy.
The corridors leading to the property are quite stinky and stained

The apartment and closeness to City Centre
Entrance hidden behind construction hoarding. Very difficult to find as was where you had to collect the key. Common area of block shabby.
