Giusy is the best host you can have. Always available and ready to share any info or tips on how to make your stay wonderful. The apartment is absolutely amazing, spacious, nice light, amazing view from the balcony, very well equipped, comfortable mattresses, very clean bathrooms.

Roby Apartment was a great value for our group, highly recommend.
This was a spacious, clean and comfortable property. Communication with the host was easy, and she offered a lot of good tips about travel around Florence. Keyless entry made it easy for our large group to make different plans. The T2 tram line was right outside, making the trip into the historic area very convenient.
Nothing wrong with the property, just know there is very little around within a 5-minute walk. Be prepared to commute [easy with tram or bus] or walk 20-30 minutes to most shops and restaurants.

Absolutely perfect stay
Very nice apartment 5 minutes walking to Santa Maria Novela Train station. Duomo is about 20 minutes walking and Galleria Uffizzi 25 minutes. The tram station is in front of the apartment. The apartment is full equiped and from the back balcony you can see Duomo. It was very clean, comfortable and pleasant. Giusy(the hostess) even though we arrived late(20.30) was waiting for us to explain about the entrance( entrer with code), gave us information about Florence and a map explain us everything. She was very helpfull, very kind,very nice lady and every time we need something she was responding immediately.There was a welcome bottle of red wine with some snacks which are very tasteful(specially the wine) and pleasant surprise.Its the reason that you like to stay when travelling.I will be back in the future for sure.
