Good value for money!
It was the perfect caravan for 2 kids and 2 adults with plenty of space. 2 toilets which is a bonus when someone using the shower! Has all kitchen utilities for kids to prepare bottles/food/snacks. The beds are quite comfortable as well as my 3 years old slept all night most nights☺️ plenty of storage for valuables/clothes. Good WiFi as well had no issues/slow usage either!
Some of the windows needs some TLC.

Basic bit good value for money. Really liked the peacefulness of the site, very well maintained and easy access to great coastline.
Couldn't get WiFi but this wasn't too much of a problem.

Disappointed in the very misleading advertising.
The beds were quite comfortable and the bedding and towels were clean and fresh.
There is a very stale musty smell throughout and it is in need of a proper clean. The dining room furniture was wobbly, the pan handles were very wobbly, the knobs on the cooker are all facing in random directions and it is very easy to turn on the gas accidentally, quite dangerous. Only 2 of the 4 rings worked properly. The shower room was very damp smelling and the shower hose was broken and leaked all out of the side while you showered. I mainly booked this because it advertised it had a washing machine and it was a very short weekend visit (Friday night to Sunday evening) to family in Barnstaple, I needed the washing machine to do my weekly washing before work on Monday morning. Despite several calls to Booking.com they did not provide a suitable solution. This DOES NOT have a washing machine, dishwasher or disabled access (3 very steep steps up to the caravan that is about a metre from the ground) despite the fact that the advert describes ALL of these facilities.

Weekend away in Barnstaple
The location, close to Barnstaple & ideal for a couple of days. Very quiet & peaceful. Very spacious inside & to a satisfactory standard, definitely worth the money we paid for the stay. Would use again when next down in Devon.
The only real issues I found are the steps leading into the caravan are very steep & the toilet seat in where the shower is is very loose Other than that it was a very pleasant stay.
