Recommend this property. Well maintained and excellent for visiting local seaside resorts.
We have stayed at this property now on two separate occasions. Lovely house close to our family that live in Barnstaple so ideal location. 3 very good sized double bedrooms. Immaculate inside. We can’t wait to book it again next year when we plan our next family gathering.
Dining table only had 4 chairs (there were 5 of us) so we couldn’t all sit together to eat.

Clean, comfortable and convenient
Very clean, modern and well maintained. In a quiet area with off road parking. Comfortable beds, good showers and plenty of space for suitcases and clothes. It was useful to have access to an iron. We stayed in order to attend an event in Barnstaple and the location was perfect.
The house sleeps 6 but there were only 4 dining chairs. A little more cutlery would have been useful too.

A lovely family stay in an immaculate house. Would return.
The house was immaculate as described, comfy beds and well equipped kitchen. Quiet estate so no trouble with noise at all. Easy check in/out.
It’s not a major issue but the garden was really overgrown, which is a shame as it was lovely weather so would have been nice to sit out in the morning with a cup of tea or a drink in the afternoon. Due to the weather as well, the bedrooms were really warm (can’t be helped) so some fans would have come in handy. But appreciate the weather isn’t something that can be controlled and we still had a great stay.

Well appointed kitchen, comfortable seating to watch tv, good wifi, restful bedrooms, quiet location, off road parking, close to places to eat, or shops.
Everything was great inside. The garden has not been tended to, but that really did not affect our visit, just let down the otherwise immaculate house.

Nice accommodation, comfy beds, great bathrooms. Quiet area.
Garden was awful. Full of weeds and a lobsided telescopic washing line! No garden furniture to sit outside which we could have used whilst we were there. Grater in cupboard not washed as had garlic stuck in it.

Le logement est idéalement situé pour visiter le nord du devon, dans un quartier résidentiel tranquille. Le logement est récent, confortable, très propre et très bien équipé. Il y a trois belles chambres dont une suite parentale. Grand jardin. Je recommande vivement cette location
