A great house with everything you could need for a comfortable stay.

Hill’s View is a great place to stay in Barnstable. It combines being excellent value with convenience and comfort. It was spotlessly clean on our arrival and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay - including better mattresses than our ones at home! On an extremely cold day outside, the heating was great and the house owner was so helpful in communications when I had to make an adjustment before our visit. We would thoroughly recommend Hill’s View for anyone visiting Barnstable.

Nice clean house. Location excellent. Was lovely and warm when we arrived. Had everything we needed. Allowed us early entrance. Very Responsive to messages. Beds probably the most comfortable iv experienced in a property. Thanks Harun we will be back

Fabulous property within a short walk of the town.

Fabulous property, very clean and tidy. Comfy beds. Nice extras in the property. It is in a great location and only took 10/15 mins walk into town.

We loved everything about the property so couldn't fault anything.

Nice place in convent spot but could have been cleaner

Convent placement, lots of room, good amount of cooking untensils, pots, and pans

Not as clean as expected ( crumbs and other food markings left in kitchen, showers not clean)

Everything we liked, special beds mattresses good not like in other apartments

No hooks in front porch for our outdoor clothes

There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and dishes on the dish rack on the bench. There were wet towels in the washing machine. We couldn't work the dryer. There were no tea bags!! There was no bodywash, soap or shampoo in the showers.

Not worth the price .. that’s why we left 4hrs earlier than checkout.

No breakfast…even no milk. It was basic..did the job as we needed a 2 bedroom accomm which I couldn’t get at short notice.

Need to like fake gaudy opulent looking furniture and scary glitterfied art. Nothing cosy…other than heating. No bath to soak after a long drive or a hike. Definitely over priced for what it was. Front door -stickler to open/close had to call the host to show us how to open. Got asked to share a bedroom… even though we told him that we were aunt and nephew…and we did rent the property for two rooms.

Beautifully set out with everything you could possibly want. Very comfortable and just as good as in the online photos. Would stay there again. Very helpful communication. Parking close by and a little extra info on how to access that would make it even better.

Great for our needs

House was a a great size and had plenty of space. Good facilities & comfortable beds. Having two showers was perfect for our group

External areas were quite scruffy and could do with some TLC. One of the toilet seats was broken so couldn't use

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place is spacious, spotlessly clean, not to mention the host is very kind and responsive. Made out stay more enjoyable. Also you can have a nice view of the sunset from the patio. Highly recommended!
