It was comfortable and relatively clean. 10 min walk from the centre of town and easy access to the SWCP and the bus station.
It wasn’t actually a guest house but seemingly just a room for rent. I never saw a host ever.

Good facilities based on price, no issues all round and comfy beds
Parking was the only real issue, extremely tight alleyway which got blocked up easily and only 2 spaces

Very comfortable room with a small lounge adjoining. Inexpensive.
Shared bathroom turned out to be. on the floor below; two very basic shower cubicles and two toilet cubicles. Took some finding, even with SatNav

The toilet and shower issue. I wouldn’t go back there or encourage anyone to go there because of that
