New years 3 day break.

We have stayed in lots of places before and this is one that will stand out. The attention to detail that Debbie puts into this holiday home is amazing, for me it's all the little extras that make this stand out from other caravan holidays! The place is spotlessly clean and Debbie is always at the end of the phone if needed. Definitely good value for money and a lovely base to explore the surrounding area. Have already booked to return 😊

A little Devon secret!!!

Wow!! What an amazing find. Debbie as a host of this beautifully decorated, well equipped home from home was amazing. Everything is just perfect from the cleaniness down to the home made gift basket. Slippers, linen, towels, loo rolls and even an airfryer!! There was nothing we needed extra. Communication was fantastic and only a call away and made sure everything was good as we were a long way from home. Location was perfect to visit the zoo, beach walks, waterfalls and more and even in a good distance to use just-eat delivery. Well sized rooms and bathroom and an ensuite. Very modern feel but so homely. Private parking space and even keyless entry which for us was perfect!! Honestly one of best caravans we have ever stayed in. So beautiful We will definitely be back x

Attention to detail was fantastic, the owner left us slippers, a hamper & lots of lovely homely touches. Fans in every room was such a bonus as we had some hot weather. The caravan was spotless & beautiful inside.

It was very well-equipped and extremely comfortable. The site was really quiet. There’s an attractive decking area with seats at the front. The owner was very helpful and she provided a generous welcome pack.

A wonderful relaxing stay on the North Devon coast.

Very nice place, very clean and superbly equipped. Everything you would need in the kitchen and some lovely touches. We loved it so much we stayed an extra night! The park was quiet and near to local beaches so we didn’t have to go far. Debbie was accessible and answered my texts straight away. Thank you for a lovely stay. We will be back!

Perfect

Everything has been thought of, lots of delightful finishing touches. Tea, coffee, milk, juice and yummy scones! Very clean and spacious, plenty of hot water! There’s a bus stop at the Park entrance for the bus into town. Debbie is the perfect hostess.

The grass verges on the main road had not been cut which meant it was not possible to walk out of the caravan park because there are no pavements and made the return bus journey walk little tricky getting across the overgrown central grass verges. This is not a reflection on the caravan park which is exceptionally well maintained.

I visit Barnstaple once a month to visit family luckily this time I found this little gem, great communication from Debbie and all the little Personal touches made this place so welcoming Clean fresh and modern great location for the the Town good Wi-Fi, which is important, I hope it’s available next time I’m in town as I won’t want to stay anywhere else Highly recommended

Der beste Static Caravan, den wir in den letzten 20 Jahren hatten. Debbie war eine sehr liebe und aufmerksame Gastgeberin mit nettem Humor. Sie hatte an alles gedacht, dass der anspruchsvolle Edel-Camper so braucht. Der Caravan war komfortabel und mit gutem Geschmack ausgestattet. Beispiel: Kupfer spielte im Küchenbereich eine große Rolle - sehr chic. Auch die Matratzen waren sehr bequem, dazu viele Kissen. Es fehlte wahrlich an nichts. Das beweist, dass sie eine bewährte Gastgeberin ist. Wir haben Freunden und Verwandten diese Unterkunft schon sehr empfohlen. Fazit: Bestnote - 5 Sterne + 5 Herzen. Viiieeelen Dank!
