Die Lage am Hang bietet einen sehr guten Ausblick auf Teile des Ortes und der umliegenden Berge. Gais hat alles, was man im täglichen Leben und für Ferien braucht. Der Stellplatz liegt direkt vor dem Haus. Das Haus war gut geheizt bei Ankunft.
Der Parkettfußboden im Wohnzimmer ist extrem laut. Wenn sich dort jemand bewegt, hört man es im ganzen Haus. Die Bedienung des Fernsehers bedarf eines Studiums. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt braucht es mehr Schränke/Abstellmöglichkeiten.
