Lovely flat with a nice living room dining area, many rooms for big families too.

Very lovely flat with all amenities needed to cook. Gorgeous location and host was very nice. Parking next to the house always available.

There was some dog fur on the living room pillows which made me allergic a little, otherwise everything was great.

Beautiful rural location in Alpine foothills

Lots of space

There were several steps both inside and out to get into the flat. The washing machine and dryer were shared with others in the house and apparently have the electric turned off between 11 and 1 each midday. Kirchen was pretty basic.

Superb

Great quiet place with kind owners, free parking. There is nothing to do in Stein, but close to Appenzell, St. Gallen. Local shop is close.

Cozy and spacious stay

The location is great and in close proximity to Appenzell if you are driving with a car. The parking space was sufficient and check-in was easy! The 3 bedrooms was lovely and the living area was nice and spacious.

Es war sehr gemütlich und heimelig in der Ferienwohnung Florida vis-a-vis ist gleich ein spunten und die Appenzeller Käserei ist gleich um die Ecke . Es hät alles was es braucht 👍

Es ist ein wenig ringhörig da es halt ein altes Haus ist und die Kirche ist gleich neben an die Glocke morgens um 6uhr ist sehr Gewöhnungs bedürftig …

Ferienwohnung Florida

Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und half sofort bei Problemen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und man hatte alles was man braucht. Unser Highlight waren die Silvesterchläuse.

Um was zu unternehmen muss man schon mit einem Auto mobil sein um in die Nachbarstädte fahren zu können.Stellte sich für uns aber unkompliziert dar,weil wir mit Auto angereist sind.

넘 이쁜 알프스 마을에 숙소

너무 이쁜 평평한 알프스마을에 자리하고 있어서 숙소 올라가는길이 행복했어요. 오래됐지만 방도 세개나 있고 구조도 특이하고 넓게 쓸수 있으니 젤 좋았구요. 독일어지만 호스트님의 자필로 여기저기 메모도 정겨웠네요. 맥주 세병 탄산수 우유 이렇게 서비스도 주셔서 잘 마셨습니다.

오래된 나무집이라 그런지 윗층의 걷는소리 말하는소리 층간소음이 너무 적나라하게 다 들려서 밤늦게까지 너무 힘들었어요. 그리고 처음에 열쇠 찾는데까지는 쉬웠는데 들어가서 문이 여러개있는데 어느집인지 호수나 문패가 있음 찾기 쉬웠을꺼 같아요.

Agréable séjour.

Spacieux, salle de séjour et chambres sont très confortables. Lieu centré afin de visiter la région.

Salle de bain veille avec la ventilation trop bruyante et cuisine pratique mais ancienne. Par mégarde d’un tiers, nous avons été obligés d’appeler la propriétaire afin d’ouvrir la porte du logement! Adresse GPS erronée la propriétaire contactée nous a redirigé de quelques maisons. Merci à elle.

Alles bij elkaar prima.

Goede bedden, goede stoelen, goede bank. Fijn dat we ieder een slaapkamer hadden. Genoeg opbergruimte en planken, ook in de badkamer.

Hoewel het hele appartement op de begane grond is, moet je toch een klein trapje op om er te komen. Dus niet geschikt voor mensen die echt slecht ter been zijn. Er zitten geen horren voor de ramen, dat betekende veel vliegen binnen. We hebben een vliegenmepper gekocht. We misten een broodrooster.

Großzügige FeWo mit Blick ins Appenzeller Land. Ideal für kurze und längere Aufenthalte

Altes Haus mit Charme, großer Wohnbereich, modern eingerichtet. Für jeden eine Flasche Bier und Wasser als "Willkommen". Komplette Küchenausstattung - man hat nichts vermisst. Bequeme Betten, eigener Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Sowohl Appenzell als auch St.Gallen schnell zu erreichen. Sowohl der Blick hinter die Kulissen der Appenzeller Käseproduktion, als auch der Besuch des Volkskundemuseum, beides in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft zur FeWo (3 Minuten fußläufig) war lohnend! Wir können die FeWo uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Das nächtliche Leuten der Kirchenglocken der in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft belegenen Kirche hat unseren Aufenthalt nicht getrübt.

Schnuckelige Wohnung in guter Lage

Eine schnuckelige Ferienwohnung in schöner Lage (sogar den Säntis kann man durch's Fenster sehen!), zwar an der Haupstrasse aber es war absolut ruhig, vor allem auch nachts. Das Haus ist ein schönes älteres Haus, die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und hat alles was man braucht. Die Betten sind gut. Wir waren aufgrund einer Trauerfeier in der Schweiz, aber auch besonders für den Urlaub ist die Wohnung ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Touren in den Appenzell oder nach St. Gallen etc. Die Appenzeller Schaukäserei ist quasi fast gegenüber. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen! Familie R. aus Koblenz

Wir hatten überhaupt nichts an der Wohnung auszusetzen. Sie ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, dessen sollte man sich bewusst sein. Die Küche ist recht klein. Uns hat das nicht gestört, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Es hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Ruhig und friedlich war es, genau das was ich gesucht habe. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr höflich und Sympathisch. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Die Umgebung ist gut zum Wandern und laufen und es hat einen Volg in der Nähe. Ich empfehle diese Ferienwohnung weiter. Ich selber komme bestimmt wieder einmal.

Hieno ja onnistunut majoitus vaellusta harrastaville.

Autolle oli oma parkkipaikka. Asunto sijaitsi rauhallisella alueella, eikä öisin ollut häiriötekijöitä. Lehmät laidunsivat talon vieressä, mikä oli tunnelmallista. Omistaja huolehti meistä hyvin ja saimme apua nopeasti pieneen ongelmaan. Sään viiletessä omistaja laittoi lämmityksen päälle. Pyykinpesukone oli plussaa. Kuivausrumpu oli myös hyvä, koska asunnossa ei ole parveketta. Kokonaisuutena erittäin hyvä ja tilava asunto. Asunto sijaitsee lähellä erilaisia vaellusmahdollisuuksia.

Parvekkeen puute on pieni miinus, mutta asia oli tiedossa majoitusta varattaessa. Jääkaappi oli pieni ja hankala käyttää lattiatasolla.

Für Paare und Familien SEHR zu empfehlen!

Die Lage der Wohnung in unmittelbarer Nähe der Appenzeller Schaukäserei, mit Blick auf den Alpengipfel Säntis, in 20 Minuten in St. Gallen, nahe bei Appenzell und Altstätten mit Wasserwanderweg und Europas höchster Hängebrücke, dabei mit leichten Hügelwanderwegen, ist unschlagbar. Als beste Überraschung erwies sich das vorhandene WLAN mit mehr als 100Mb/s in BEIDE Richtungen. Alle Annehmlichkeiten einer 5-Zimmerwohnung sind vorhanden. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hat nachgefragt ob alles recht ist. Die FeWo ist rundum zu empfehlen.
