The location was very good being on the river front. It was warm and comfortable with everything that we needed for our stay. Neighboughs were very helpful with little tips and helping when we arrived.
We had trouble getting the key code as I left home before the vital email. I did let the agent know that I could be contacted on another email which they acknowledged before hand, however once we had the code we had follow up messages to see that we were OK. Booking.com were not helpful in that they cancelled our booking and expected us to find alternative accommodation which thankfully was not needed. We did have a stressful hour while things were sorted out by the letting agent. I suggest that the code is given earlier that the day of arrival.

Fantastic location next to the river and close to everything in Knaresborough. Private parking for 1 car on site.
Spacious. Modern. Provided with everything needed. Communication was excellent and friendly.
Check-in time was listed as 4pm+ , which is very late, HOWEVER we were able to request much earlier check-in, which was granted.

The property was beautifully designed and really well kitted out with all the right utensils and equipment. The location by the river was beautiful and also walking distance from town. The rooms were great and had ensuite bathrooms.
