Nos gustó la ubicación del apartamento en Sant Isidre. Las camas eran súper cómodas, estaba todo muy limpio y además daba sensación de estar casi nuevo. También nos vino genial tener la estación de metro tan cerca, porque hacía muy fácil moverse por Valencia. Por ejemplo, llegar al centro fue súper cómodo y también ir a la playa de la Malvarrosa, que nos pareció de las más bonitas de Valencia. Además, para salir a cenar, tomar algo o ir a bares y restaurantes también estaba genial, porque el apartamento está muy bien comunicado.

Adjacent to sant isidire metrostop , so quite convenient but if you light sleeper , then you should avoid
Kichenette and utilities and well maintained
May some quilts could be provided in winter or spring!
instructions to use Ac should be put ! The point of TV is watch , but there are no channels on Tv

Die Wohnung an sich ist sehr gut aufgeteilt und ausgestattet, neu modern sauber und die Lage ist gut, denn Bus, ubahn und Zug sind direkt vor der Haustür. Zu Fuß sind es ca 3 km in die Innenstadt, mit Bus oder ubahn ein paar Minuten. Das war für uns aber leider auch das große Minus, denn die UBahn ist direkt gegenüber, aber leider oberirdisch und sie ist so laut in der Nacht bzw. Ab 5 Uhr morgens, wir konnten wirklich trotz ohrenstöpsel schlecht schlafen. Wäre die ubahn nicht so laut hätte die Wohnung eine 9 verdient.
Ubahn vor der Tür - extrem laut, ebenso die Autos.

La ubicación por el metro, mobiliario y electrodomésticos (está todo muy nuevo)
Es un bajo local reformado en apartamento. (Mal olor ocasionalmente y baño sin ventilación)
Solicité una batidora y no me la facilitaron a pesar de asegurarme en un principio que me la dejarían sin problema.
