Comfortable apartment for a family of 4

Great apartment, bad communication with the agent

The apartment is like on the pictures, very well furnished and thanks to the smart design is way more comfortable than what one would expecy from 35m2. It was clean and had everything we needed. The metro station is right in front of it, the area is nice.

The agent required that I provide my credit card details in chat to get the checkin instructions. Then without notice they charged me 250€ deposit even though I had prepaid the place for the full stay. I received the refund a few days after I checked out. Two days before check in we asked the agent to cancel our non-refundable booking because the city was flooded the day before. The agent said there was no reason to cancel as the city was not affected. Upon arrival the reality we faced was that the city was badly affected, during the first two days of our stay most attractions were closed, the Valencia-Real Madrid football game was cancelled (that match was the main reason for our trip to Valencia) and the metro was not operational at all (we booked the apartment for its proximity to a metro station).

Schön und tolle Lage, aber nicht für Lärmempfindliche

Die Wohnung an sich ist sehr gut aufgeteilt und ausgestattet, neu modern sauber und die Lage ist gut, denn Bus, ubahn und Zug sind direkt vor der Haustür. Zu Fuß sind es ca 3 km in die Innenstadt, mit Bus oder ubahn ein paar Minuten. Das war für uns aber leider auch das große Minus, denn die UBahn ist direkt gegenüber, aber leider oberirdisch und sie ist so laut in der Nacht bzw. Ab 5 Uhr morgens, wir konnten wirklich trotz ohrenstöpsel schlecht schlafen. Wäre die ubahn nicht so laut hätte die Wohnung eine 9 verdient.

Alojamiento nuevo y bien equipado a unas pocas paradas en metro para ir al centro.

Buenas comunicación y facilidad antes de llegar, estaba muy limpio, muy nuevo y muy bien equipado. La cama supletoria es muy fácil de montar y recoger. Había cápsulas de café y azúcar, tostadora y hervidor, secador y plancha para el pelo, plancha para la ropa y tabla, geles, jaboncillos y cepillos de dientes. Todo con mucho detalle y gusto. Muy bien ubicado, se puede coger el metro justo en frente. Fácil para aparcar.

Al ducharte se sale el agua a pesar de tener mucho cuidado, y esto sí que resulta incomodo. El segundo día olía un poco a desagüe o humedad, pero nada excesivo. Añadiría algo más de menaje para cocinar como una ensaladera, tabla para cortar y una bayeta . Pero son sugerencias de mejora simplemente, está genial!

Decepcionante trato

El apartamento era bonito con muebles nuevos

Olía a cloaca todo el tiempo, tenían un ambientador malo y la mezcla de olores era aun peor. Es un bajo a pie de calle en una zona oscura. No se puede ir andando al centro aunque el metro está cerca pero esta a 5 km del centro, carísimo para la ubicación tan mala que tienen. Encima la gestión no la hace booking, me parece una manera oscura de iniciar tratos, después de hacer la reserva me llega un mensaje pidiéndome una transferencia e indicándome que si no la hago me cancelan la reserva de manera unilateral. Encima al precio que ya era caro me hacen un cargo de 300 euros adicionales en concepto de "fianza" del que no me habian avisado. Y te tienes que fiar a pesar de que la empresa no da ni un dato real. El dinero de la fianza o haces la transferencia o lo quitan del número de tarjeta que dejas en booking. Decepcionante, llevo viajando 40 años y es la primera vez que me maltratan así con el consentimiento de booking que defiende esta forma de trabajar "porque así estaba avisado en el anuncio ". Ojo, esta avisado pero no visible, hay que acceder a todos los apartados para darse cuenta si te quedas con la información general como yo, no te das cuenta hasta que llega el mensaje pidiendo la transferencia.

C’était parfait Le logement est très bien placé à 2 pas du métro et de la gare. Le quartier est calme et proche du centre ville historique . Nous avons bien dormi et apprécié de logement

La ubicación por el metro, mobiliario y electrodomésticos (está todo muy nuevo)

Es un bajo local reformado en apartamento. (Mal olor ocasionalmente y baño sin ventilación) Solicité una batidora y no me la facilitaron a pesar de asegurarme en un principio que me la dejarían sin problema.
