Писахме че вероятно от климатика има мирис на канал ама ужасно беше , в последствие затвърдихме че е от климатика но отговор от тях така к не получихме . Освобождаването е до 11 в 10:30 почистващата фирма вече нахлуваше - успяхме да се разберем да изчакат 5мин да изнесем багажа си … но за без климатик тези нощувки беше кофти с деца и ниски температури приземен етаж … не е приятно … избора беше или без климатик и чист въздух. Или топло с ужасно силен мирис на канал ….

Bem confortável e com tudo que é necessário, de facil acesso

Unfortunately, the location is the only thing we liked, it’s closed to metro, bus station in front of the building and you have a big supermarket nearby. Kitchen ok equipped (if you plan to cook).

I honestly don’t know where to begin. Unfortunately, we did not enjoy our stay at all and ended up leaving earlier than our scheduled checkout date because the experience was so disappointing. The accommodation appears to be a converted former shop located directly at street level. The only window opens straight onto the pavement, and if it is left open, someone could literally step inside from the street. We did not even feel safe sleeping with the window tilted open at night. Without it, however, there was virtually no fresh air or proper ventilation. I repeatedly woke up with a blocked nose and a very dry throat. There was also almost no natural daylight, which made working from the property impossible. We are remote workers and eventually had to pay for coworking spaces just to be able to work during the day. The bathroom needs serious attention. Every time we showered, the bathroom flooded to the point where the water almost entered the bedroom. There was also an extremely unpleasant sewage smell, suggesting a significant drainage or plumbing problem. Privacy and noise were additional issues. Whenever we opened the door, passers-by could see directly into the entire accommodation. Bicycles frequently passed right outside, and people often sat talking on the benches directly in front of the property until late at night. It genuinely felt like living on the street, separated from it only by a glass door and a roof—more like a shopfront or bunker than a comfortable home. The sofa was covered in numerous stains and felt extremely unhygienic. We had to cover it with a bedsheet before we could sit down and watch television. Overall, the property requires significant investment in cleanliness, ventilation, plumbing, furnishings and soundproofing before it can reasonably be recommended as a rental apartment. Sleeping was extremely difficult because of the street noise, lack of ventilation, very hard pillows and uncomfortable mattress.
