Hele snelle reacties van de host, goede tips en fijne service met onze koffers. Alles op zo’n 10 minuten lopen qua leuke locaties/horeca in Rufaza. Ook de oude stad heel goed te wandelen qua afstand. Zo’n 20 minuutjes. Uber/taxi vanaf het oude centrum zo’n €7,-. In de accommodatie echt alles aanwezig. Hele fijne douche! Wasmachine, ruime keuken en badkamer. Slaapbank sliep bijzonder goed en ook het bed erg goed.
Toch wel wat overlast van de straat. Je zit aan de weg met je voordeur en raam. En in het weekend vooral in de nachten toch tot laat veel herrie aangezien er veel mensen uitgaan in deze wijk. Raam open in de nacht is geen optie. Maar dat is wel oké want er hangt een airco. Maar ondanks gesloten raam toch geluidsoverlast.

Para ser un todo en uno era amplio y cómodo
Éramos dos adultos y dos niños y no nos sentimos agobiados con el espacio.
Muy bien situado, dando un paseo se llega desde la estación del ave, y está cerca del ayuntamiento, ciudad de las ciencias, perfecto para conocer la ciudad paseando
Por poner un pero, que el acceso fuera directamente desde la calle (que ya lo sabíamos). Es poco íntimo y el ruido de la calle es directo.
Pero pese a ser el día de grande de las fallas dormimos perfectamente.

The apartment is cozy, stylishly decorated, and comes with everything you could need.
The apartment was a bit far from the city center. There were stickers on the door saying that tourists should leave, and in the middle of the night, someone banged violently on our door (which opens directly onto the street). Overall, we didn’t feel very safe. Communication with the host was also sometimes slow.
