Ambiente accogliente con il necessario per pochi giorni. Fermate autobus e supermercati molto vicini
La descrizione non corrisponde alla realtà in quanto si parla di una camera separata dal soggiorno, cosa che avevo richiesto, ma in realtà è una stanza unica. Alcuni problemi in bagno che ho fatto presente (l'acqua esce dalla doccia e porta del bagno non si chiude)

C’era tutto il necessario: era pulito, vicino alle fermate dei mezzi, ma un po’ distante dalle principali attrazioni da raggiungere a piedi.
La porta del bagno faceva fatica a chiudersi e la tavoletta del WC era rotta da tempo, come si nota anche da alcune recensioni precedenti. Inoltre, la porta della doccia non si chiude bene e c’è il rischio di allagare il bagno. Anche il check-in alle 16 mi è sembrato un po’ tardi dato che ti fanno uscire entro le 10.

Monolocale pulitissimo, accogliente e ampio, ma aprendo il divano letto (comodissimo e largo!!) si riduceva lo spazio Bagno ampio No scale d'accesso perché a piano terra Posizione servita da 3 linee di bus
Il bagno freddo ( l'aria calda del condizionatore non arriva in bagno) d'estate è piacevole, ma nelle altre stagioni no!! La posizione troppo distante dal centro e dall'Oceanografico a noi piace camminare, ma la sera al buio 30/40 min per ritornare in appartamento sono un po' troppi!! Per questo il prezzo mi è sembrato un po' alto, visto la distanza da tutto o vai in bus o non vedi niente

It was clean, modern and comfortable.
I would not recommend this property if you want to sleep at night. There is a mechanical noise that sounds like a lift, some kind of engineering mechanism in the next door it goes off roughly every fifteen minutes!!! Very very annoying.There needs to be a number on the door as we could not find the property.
