Céntrico, coqueto y vintage

Es un apartamento muy moderno, recién reformado, que tiene todo lo necesario. La ubicación es excepcional, se llega caminando a todos los lugares emblemáticos de la ciudad. El anfitrión Filippo ha sido muy atento en todo momento y nos dió unas recomendaciones muy útiles al llegar. Hemos tenido una estancia inolvidable en Valencia y si un día volvemos por allí, con mucho gusto volveríamos a alojarnos en este apartamento. Muchas gracias por todo!

Het appartement was compact maar heel praktisch ingericht met een perfect werkende airco en fantastische hosts. Ze gaven ons een zeer welkom gevoel en we kregen van hen heel wat gastronomische adresjes in de buurt. Gelegen in de hipste wijk van Ruzzafa maar toch rustig en op wandelafstand van alle leuke zaakjes, het station, de oude stad, enz... We komen hier zeker terug, vooral ook voor de vriendelijkheid van Fabio en Filippo.

F-A-B! Fabio lives up to his name, as does the apartment he hosts in the buzzy and cool Rusafa area of Valencia. It’s a stylish bijou space that’s cleverly designed to meet all guests’ needs. The property is on the ground floor with its own entrance door. Immediately on entering there is a seating area with a dining table. Beyond that on the left is the kitchen space and then a very smart shower room. To the right are three steps that lead to a mezzanine bed area. Fabio is as bubbly as the welcome bottle he leaves in the fridge! He goes the extra distance to ensure your stay is the best it can be. He has several recommendations for restaurants. If you like to plan in advance, ask for these before you travel so you can reserve ahead. A good value, sparkling clean and well presented, compact apartment with a very friendly and helpful host.
