- lokalizacja na mapie Walencji - świetny kontakt z gospodarzem ! Fabio jest świetny i bardzo pomocny - układ mieszkania wygodny
- do mieszkania wchodzi się prosto z ulicy, na przeciwko drzwi jest przystanek - brak możliwości rozsunięcia zasłon i otwarcia okna - brak wystarczającego światła naturalnego. Po rozsunięciu zasłon cała ulica widziałaby co jest w środku.

Cose negative : • Il b&b si trova al piano strada ,probabilmente é un vecchio negozio riadattato. È di recente ristrutturazione , ma ahimè senza persiane e tapparelle . Ci sono soltanto grandi vetrate e quindi con luce perenne anche al mattino presto . Per coprire le vetrate dai passanti e dalla luce sono presenti soltanto delle tende. •pulizia : abbiamo trovato capelli nella doccia attaccati al muro e batuffoli di polvere nella stanza
