First impression & communication with the owner was perfect. Every question was answered by e-mail within a couple of hours.
Our stay in the loft was excellent. It's a nice, clean, modern and spacious loft. Fully equiped kitchen, 2 toilets, spacious living room and nice terras. Airco worked perfect, the large shared swimming pool was nice and clean.
We travelled by car and everything was reachable within 20 minutes, beach, city center, bio park (10min).
The welcome by the house keeper was good, she was polite and on time.
I would certainly recommend this loft and would book it again if we would return to Valencia!
