Kraków Elegant Apartment Near The Water Park by Rent like home

The room was nice and elegant, exactly as posted in the picture,very clean and in a very nice serene environment. Quiet, nice view, all facilities intact. Some people previously complained about lack of kitchen utensils and that has been fixed, we saw enough kitchen utensils, parking lot...also parking space outside the building if you don't want to use the dedicated one. You can park outside and have a view of your car from the balcony, verify fast WiFi as well because we used it with our PS5 and it was very okay.. easy to check in.

We would have loved to give it a 10/10 but there are some setbacks. They said their customer support is 24/7, the moment we went in, the weather was very hot so I sent them a message on booking and also on WhatsApp to ask if they could help us with an electric fan, they refused to reply till date!!! There was no response so to me that's a very poor customer support... I mean a simple 'No, we can't provide' would have been better than total silence yet they sent me messages to extend... Why should I extend when I sent you messages both on WhatsApp and on booking and you refused to reply??? The bed in the room kind of sunk in too, it's manageable for one person because it might sink in too much if two people slept on it but it's comfortable and okay so not really a bad comment. The sofa in the sitting room, a particular side was sunk in as well making that part uncomfortable but the rest of the sofa was manageable. We were three guys that rented so we were able to sort ourselves.
