Novum City Center, Sun & Snow

The apartment was modern, spacious and well equipped. Great location near the railway station and 15 minutes walk to main square. Check in was smooth and despite being in a block it was quiet.

There was some difference in the pricing on Bookig.com compared to what was taken off my credit card.Three emails to the provider sorted it with monies refunded but it was a bit concerning.

The flat was amazing. It is very close to the old town, probably around 15-20mins by feet. The apartment complex is very quiet and clean. The flat itself inside was spotless, equipped with everything you could need: plates, cups, cutlery kitchen pots etc so you can cook if you want, even a washing machine. The flat I stayed in was small but so cosy & I absolutely loved it.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

Great apartment in a big complex. Once you manage to get your keys, you realise that everything is very well organized. The place is cool, well furnitured and cozy. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend it!

There was just one bottle of liquid in the bathroom that was not indicated at all - whether it was a soap, a shower gel, a shampoo or all of the above. :) We made a reservation for 3, but there was only one set of sheets for the bedroom. And a note for the team that takes care for the building - try to get rid of those small bugs. There were just a few, but some people may find them unpleasant.

Big, clean, new, nice area. Very close to the train station.

For stupidos like me - there is cleaning tax which makes price for this apartment very high, I supposed it’s included being not attentive to the text, but no. Also, except of booking.com payments there is payment for deposit 300 zlotys, which is not mentioned anywhere. No shower gel. No shampoo. No microwave. No free cancellation even if circumstances change and you can’t stay there (e.g. plane delayed)
