A very nice apartment located in a new building with an elevator, underground parking, reception, and security. The building also houses a restaurant and a shop. It is surrounded by many trees, and a pocket park is nearby. The apartment has a loggia with a beautiful view of historic buildings and a modern skyscraper. The apartment is quiet and has a friendly and relaxing atmosphere. It is fully equipped, with well-maintained and functional appliances. The beds are very comfortable.

Location
The smell in the bathroom Missing appliances. The host did not reply to our question. Little bugs on the floor and kitchen counter top. They’re harmless and appear in wet and dark places. But not pleasant to look at. Very uncomfortable mattress. The sofa had burn marks. I think the flat is ready for a small refurbishment.
