The apartment itself is very nice, Spacious and clean,

I did NOT appreciate your apartment/hotel ad NOT stating the necessity of having to use codes to gain entry at the building gate and building and also needing the code to obtain the room key, Fortunately for me, when I was able to find this building, 22-C, the security man inside the office hut, was very helpful and told me to push the blueish colored button before and after I pressed the 4 number code, IF your ad site mentioned this necessity (to push the blue tinted button both before and after pressing the 4 number code) I damn sure do not remember seeing it in your ad, ALSO, you people never stated (until AFTER I booked the apartment) that codes will be a necessary factor to gain entry to these apartments, which is insulting and I believe it is also intentional because many people do NOT want to have to remember codes for the temporary place they will book. Also, even though the buildings are close to the main train station, these buildings are set back from the street they are located close to but not on and I had to ask a kind man in a nearby building where these buildings are. NO, I will not recommend to anyone to stay at your sites! I believe you are a large conglomerate of investors who care little about the personal convenience or full disclosure of what one NEEDS to know about your apartment buildings BEFORE and NOT AFTER they book from you.

The location is really good. You can go from the train station to the Appartement in 5 min by walk. It's safe. There is a stair just outside the train station, so don't get confused by Maps in case it shows something else. The Appartement is well decorated, clean and spacious.

Minor stuff that does not change my scores: would be nice to add extra black curtains (on top of the existing ones) in the living room to avoid lighting in the early morning.

The smell in the bathroom Missing appliances. The host did not reply to our question. Little bugs on the floor and kitchen counter top. They’re harmless and appear in wet and dark places. But not pleasant to look at. Very uncomfortable mattress. The sofa had burn marks. I think the flat is ready for a small refurbishment.
