Deluxe residence apartment

Bardzo dogodna lokalizacja apartamentu, dosłownie 5 minut piechotą od dworca PKP. Sam apartament dobrze wyposażony i bardzo czysty. Właściciel jest pomocny i szybko odpowiada na wszelkie pytania. Pobyt bardzo udany.

W ciepłe dni przydałaby się klimatyzacja.

It's located a 7 minutes walk from the main station. The building and facilities are new and modern. Easy and detailed instructions to pick up the key and get to the apartment.

Claning is very poor. There are lots of hairs hanging from the bathroom mat, hairs attached to the washing machine soap and also on the sheets, although they smell clean. There are dust and dirt in almost every surface, including the nightstand, and breadcrumbs in the sofa. It seems they only clean the minimum necessary when a new guest arrives. The lack of cleaning makes this otherwise nice apartment look cheap. The bedroom has two large windows covered only by see-through roller blinds There are no blackout curtains or any way to keep out the bright light when the sun comes up (and it comes up at 4 am...).

Modern and quite new apartment block in a redevelopment zone quite close to the central station. Security access. The apartment was reasonably spacious, well furnished and was comfortable for a few days. The kitchen had adequate equipment. The washing machine, drying rack, ironing board and iron were very welcome. The owner was helpful and available for contact. Thank you.

Difficulty locating the complex from the station upon arrival in Krakow - don't rely on Google Maps, it had no idea. Difficulty locating the apartment within the complex which has a confusing lettering system. The host was helpful in resolving this. Very minimal consumables supplied eg a single clothes detergent sachet, no cleaning products like toilet cleaner or benchtop cleaner, only a tiny sponge for washing up. Future guests I am sure would appreciate more such things being available. Light blocking curtains would be a good addition to the bedroom.

L’appartamento aveva un cattivo odore proveniente dal divano vicino al balcone;scarsa pulizia generale; scarsi servizi di cortesia (asciugamani, sapone biancheria da letto ecc), divano letto scomodo.
