Super lokalizacja obiektu: blisko na stare miasto, zapewnione miejsce parkingowe w garażu podziemnym. W mieszkaniu panowała cisza i spokój. Obiekt wyposażony w windę.
Dobre wyposażenie mieszkania lecz niektóry sprzęt wysłużony np. pęknięta deska klozetowa, luźna bateria przy zlewozmywaku, zniszczone oklejenie stolika. Niezgodne wyposażenie mieszkania z podanym opisem: brak kuchenki mikrofalowej.

Dawno nie spotkaliśmy sie, aby ekspres był uzupełniony kawa a także można było znaleźć cukier, herbatę.
Duży minus to brudne firanki (szare) oraz zasłona powieszona na odwrót.
