Miła i sprawna obsługa mieszkania. Dokonaliśmy rezerwacji bardzo późnym wieczorem, a Właściciel był cały czas z Nami w kontakcie telefonicznym. Plusem jest posiadanie prywatnego miejsca parkingowego w hali garażowej w tym samym budynku. Dostępna winda z garażu do budynku. Mieszkanie dobrze wyposażone - mikrofala, czajnik, zmywarka, duża lodówka, suszarka do włosów, deska do prasowania, żelazko. W łazience darmowe kosmetyki. Powitalna woda butelkowana dostępna w kuchni.
Mimo dużego spadu pod prysznicem, woda nie spływa i zatrzymuje się - niedrożna kratka (???). Nad ranem zauważyliśmy sporo mrówek wychodzących spod łóżka w salonie - mimo braku otwartego okna. Toaleta niedoczyszczona po ostatnich lokatorach - Właściciel poinformowany o wszystkich niedogodnościach, za co zostaliśmy przeproszeni. Korzystaliśmy z lokalu na jedną noc - podczas dłuższego pobytu brakuje małej sofy w salonie, gdyż uciążliwe byłoby składanie/rozkładanie sofy, która jednocześnie jest łóżkiem sypialnianym.
