The location is great. It met our needs and it is close to the Kraków main train station. The view is the cemetery. If you are sensitive to noise, don't worry because you have peaceful neighbors at the cemetery :)

I did not like the facility I stayed in. The bathroom was smelling bad upon arrival even though we were charged 60zl for cleaning. The shower faucet was faulty. I could not use the hairdryer. The hairdryer was not a standard one. Its filament turned red upon turning on that I feared it would burn. It looked to me like a toy. The TV screen sharing facility was a nightmare. Many times, I had to restart the screen sharing mid-way watching movies because someone else was connecting to the TV in the room. The TV casting showed multiple TVs with the same names on the same Wi-Fi Network. Every room should have their own router to avoid such interference.
