Para nós o apartamento tinha uma ótima localização, perto da paragem do autocarro, supermercado, pizzaria e do Tauron Arena. O apartamento estava limpo e tinha tudo o que era necessário. Apanhamos uma vaga de calor, mas o apartamento manteve-se sempre fresco.

Czystość, spokojna okolica, lokalizacja - blisko do centrum, życzliwa właścicielka. Bardzo zależało nam na 3 osobnych sypialniach z normalnymi, podwójnymi łóżkami.

Jeśli już musiałabym się do czegoś przyczepić to fakt, że apartament jest w przyziemiu, ale przy pięknej majowej słonecznej pogodzie nie miało to znaczenia. Pozostałe udogodnienia wynagradzały tę niewielką wadę.

We chose the Three Rooms Apartment because we wanted somewhere where each of us could have our own bed the night before travelling, and for that purpose it worked well. The apartment itself is quite spacious and includes a large kitchen, two bathrooms, and a washing machine, which is convenient, particularly for groups. Its location is also relatively practical, being close to the bus station, railway station, and the airport, while the city centre is only about a five minute drive away. For a larger group simply needing somewhere inexpensive to sleep for a short stay in Kraków, it can be a reasonable option. Considering the price, it is also worth noting that it offers far more space, rooms, and facilities than most hostels in the same budget range.

That said, it is not somewhere I would recommend for a longer stay or for visitors wanting to properly enjoy Kraków. The apartment is located in the basement of a rather eerie and dilapidated building in a less inviting part of town, and the entrance itself does little to make a good first impression. The lock at the entrance was already unlocked and partly falling apart, which raised some concerns about security, and there were even warning signs about placing poison for rats nearby. Inside, while the facilities are there, the apartment clearly lacks investment and appeared poorly cleaned, with hair left in the bathroom and mould in the shower. Being in the basement also means there is almost no natural light, and passers-by can easily see into the rooms, making it necessary to keep the blinds closed most of the time. Communication from the host was also minimal, as we received no messages until we called just a few hours before check-in, which did not make the arrival feel particularly welcoming. Overall, while it served its purpose for a single night, it falls well short of what most tourists would hope for when visiting the city.
