The apartment has a great location, within walking distance of Krakow Old Town, the bus station, and the train station. It was easy to find, and the self check-in and check-out process was very convenient. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very responsive, answered our questions quickly, and supported us throughout our stay. The kitchen was also very well equipped, with everything we needed, including a dishwasher, washing machine, small fridge and freezer, electric stove, pots, pans, knives, and other kitchen supplies.

The main issue was that our check-in was delayed by about one hour. Even at 5 p.m., the staff could not tell us whether the apartment had already been cleaned and was ready, so I had to go inside myself to check. Another minor issue was that the bathroom door did not have a lock. This was not a major problem for us, but it would be worth addressing if possible. There was also noticeable humidity in the bathroom and some signs of mold or mildew.

Não é indicado para 4 adultos, a menos que estejam prontos para dormir todos no mesmo quarto. A base de duche está entupida e se não tiver cuidado, inunda o quarto.
