Dobry dostęp do komunikacji miejskiej oraz sklepów spożywczych, blisko apteka.
Apartament w rzeczywistości wyglądał inaczej niż na zdjęciach zamieszczonych w ogłoszeniu, które sprawiały wrażenie mocno poprawionych za pomocą AI. Niestety w kuchni znajdowały się mrówki faraonki — były widoczne w szafkach i na blacie kuchennym — a także w łazience. Stan łazienki był znośny, jednak brakowało uchwytu na słuchawkę prysznicową, a bateria przy umywalce była luźna. Podczas korzystania z prysznica nie można było jednocześnie odkręcać wody w kuchni lub przy umywalce, ponieważ wówczas pod prysznicem nagle leciała zimna woda. Krzesła w salonie były niestabilne. Dużym plusem apartamentu jest pojemna szafa w największej sypialni oraz duża liczba schowków i szafek rozmieszczonych w korytarzu.
