A cosy autumn retreat and some solitude by the sea.

A perfect autumn break for myself and my dog. The caravan is homely and well-equipped. It gets lovely and warm on those chilly evenings. The site is very quiet at this time of year which is just how I wanted it! Not too far from the beach for some bracing walks. My second visit to this lovely holiday home and certainly not my last! Thank you!

Perfect value for money

This accommodation was above and beyond what you would expect for a static caravan. So many additional extras. The stand out for me is Susan, I asked a few questions and response and helpfulness was second to none.

When we had the heating on and put the kettle on it tripped the electrics, not sure if this is a new issue? But we worked around it and so many positive outweighed this issue.

100 recommend for a nice stay

Lovely caravan, lots of little extras in that are over and above many rentals, well looked after, nice decking and seats outside even though it was raining for our stay, would have been great and relaxing on the decking in the summer. Lovey bottle of Asti left, which is a nice touch, along with a few snacks. Needed to get in touch with Susan the owner, she soon responded and sorted our query out quick and easy. Thank you 100% recommend. Also we were on public transport and at the bottom of the drive, there are buses, 2 and 2A both go opposite ways but a circular bus that goes to most parts of Skegness that is useful . The caravan is fairly close to the main reception and entrance and all amenities.

No faults with the caravan, no central heating, but oil filled radiator which we did use, and it was easy nice and warm as weather poor when we were there early September.

Lovely caravan on a well kept site

The caravan is situated on a lovely site. Probably a pleasant 20 min walk into Skegness, Tesco's isn't far away and there's a good shop on site and decent pub where I had steak and chips which were cooked to perfection. The caravan itself is as described and has everything you need for your stay. Made for a relaxing weekend. Second time at 35 Irby Way and we will return!

Absolutely brilliant beautiful place

We absolutely loved our stay in this caravan. One of the most modern ones we have stayed in!! It was very clean and tidy! Only a 1 minute walk to the main site of Haven!! About a 20 minute walk to the beach. Everything felt really close by which was amazing!! We loved the caravan a lot and felt so homely!! We loved the additions on arrival which made it very personal!! Overall would come here again!!

The only thing I would say would be the beds!! They weren’t the comfiest!! Loved the duvet set when it was chilly in the mornings!!

Awesome weekend

The caravan is absolutely beautiful 😍 spotless ,cosy ,home from home . Communication was excellent throughout and the added extras were appreciated 😁. We will definitely return. Only down was the Haven play passes, I thought they were very expensive and not really necessary.
