The caravan looked a little tired. The fabric of the deck chairs was breaking and just generally would benefit from some updating.

The location was great and the owner was lovely it's a good base plenty of fans as it was a warm weekend . Site is good plenty to do with kids and our dog loved it

The caravan was perfect. It was much bigger than we expected, and so clean. Location was lovely, we were right next to a duck pond so the views were beautiful. The owner left necessities like cleaning products, condiments, DVDs and games, etc which was a nice surprise. Overall, I would recommend this property; we have already booked it for next year.

Fabulous stay- great host

The caravan was lovely- clean and in a great location. The owner was great, nothing was too much trouble and he was really friendly. We had a wonderful time (myself, my mum and my 2 children- so something for everyone!) and will hopefully be back - definitely recommend

Clean spacious caravan on a corner plot with loafs of space for kids to just play around .

Pond close very close really got to keep your eyes peeled with kids but nothing else with caravan itself

Lovely caravan

Lovely caravan and location on site were perfect, right next to a lovely duck pond. Caravan was comfortable and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again. Also, distance into Skegness was just a short car journey

Very disappointing

There was a stench of damp and mold around the caravan. And there was those plastic dehumidifiers scattered around to try and absorb any humidity. The vacuum cleaner was full and when I used it the room stunk of dust. There was dust and cobwebs on the fire extinguisher and the whole place needed a spring clean. The owner really needs to work out where the water is getting in and get rid of the mold smell. The foil on the furniture was peeling away in the living room, kitchen and bedrooms, which was very unsightly.

Very handy stay for large family in a great seaside town. About 10 minutest drive from the beach.

Lovely and clean on the inside. Very helpful with getting a travel cot and there were plenty of folding chairs.

Fantastic caravan

This caravan was spacious, clean and fully equipped. A large fridge/freezer, comfortable sofas and beds. Situated next to a duck pond with decking and seating. Free wifi and a tv with free view. The owner is very friendly and approachable The site has everything you need for a fantastic holiday. Very family/children friendly, with a bus running from inside the site to the center.

Nice family break

The owner Craig is lovely and very helpful and goes above and beyond to make the vacation as comfortable as possible. Communication is quick and prompt. View is nice with pond and ducks near by, and everything is on site what you need. Not too far from Skegness centre. Would recommend to anyone wanting a short break or family stay.
