Skegness is a great place for families plenty to do and so much to do and see. Took my children many a time and this tim

location was good and the veranda was such a great bonus to have for the warm evenings! Every thing you needed was there, apart from the usual towels bedding etc.

Well did have a musky smell but I read that in a previous review so I took some spray.. and it is to be expected if a place is not aired or used regularly, decor is a tad dated and tired but great value for money. Only thing I would say it could do with an clothes airer.

Skegness here I come again

The holiday was fantastic, just perfect few days, all the fun and entertainment and complex was within walking distance or by bus loved Fantasy Island went about 4 times there lol. The caravan was so comfy and relaxing sitting outside in varander enjoying the sunny weather. I didn't want to leave, early I would love to come back for another holiday maybe even longer stay. So thank you for a great holiday and all staff sweet and kind customer service.

Only mini downfall would have loved to see more arcades and amusement on caravan site as u always a game of 2p machine but it was fine managed to visit some amusement places on days out

Very cheap, practical and good location. Would not stay there again until mattresses were replaced.

Good price, location and facilities. Easy to find and enter. Staff professional and efficient.

Spoiled by poor hygiene. This may be the fault of the cleaning company though and not the owners. The mattresses were past it, uncomfortable and smelled so strongly of stale sweat it made the bedrooms smell too, despite keeping the windows open. The carpet was badly hoovered and there was dropped food around the edges and under the dining table. The kitchen and bathroom were clean enough though.
