Tracey's vans

We rented two of the caravans, with my friend and our kids. I had R2 caravan so I will base the review on that caravan. However my friend was pleased with the caravan she was in. The caravan I was in had: Plenty of space for me and 3 kids. A separate toilet A large shower, that did not make you feel closed in as some do in caravans. There was everything you needed as in pots cutlery and crockery. The property had sliding doors at the front that opened on a small veranda, with a seating area that overlooked a grass area, which is great for children to play on, whilst you enjoy a cuppa. The caravan was clean and tidy and well looked after, and included cleaning products just incase of mishap. The layout was simple, with plenty of storage space, in the bedrooms and kitchen. The whole feeling of the caravan for me and my children felt homely and snug. The communication was great, had no problems in understanding the instructions for getting the keys. Would definitely stay again. Thank you to the hosts renting out their properties, so families can have a value for money holiday.

The only thing I would recommend was to have a nest of tables ( or something similar) as when you had a drink there was nowhere in the living quarters to put it, where you didn’t have to keep getting up to get your drink. We did not want to put it on the floor, as you know with kids, I was worried it would get spilt.

Lovely clean caravan everything we needed was there. Great communication from owners.

Very close to the seafront and a good base for the weekend. Hosts were very responsive and kind. Nice caravan site with a small arcade, restaurant and small shop only a few minute walk away from the caravan. Very reasonably priced and would not hesitate to stay again if we ever do another weekend in the area.

Only small thing we would’ve liked to have known was that there was no toilet roll, kitchen roll and tea towels. Not a major issue but would’ve saved us a trip to shop after we got there as could’ve bought some from home.

The location was near skeggy town and Ingoldmells and quite near the beach which was good and the shower was really good as my wife is disabled!!

Beds were really uncomfortable and was all single beds so me and my wife were on opisite sides of the room and was supposed too be for 5 people and was enough for 4...no wifi which i know its not important too some but for us it is maybe an oversight on my part
