Not worth the money

Good location to be central and bus route

Wasn’t very clean or any products left to do it ourselves so had to buy bleach for toilets and windows weren’t clean, decking was filthy. Quilts and pillows were very cheap and thin and weren’t enough to be comfortable. Big Doberman dog barking from 8am at anyone who went in office, not on a lead scared children and not ideal if you have your own pets that are on a lead! Weren’t enough pans to cater for everyone in the caravan

Very clean, well equipped, comfortable beds and extremely spacious caravan.

The caravan was extremely clean, well equipped, very comfortable beds and much more spacious than other caravans we’ve stayed in.

Only downside was the 5am bin collection twice in the week, as the bins are located next to it. It only woke myself up and not the rest of the family so earplugs might be useful to take.

Fantastic quiet location with great access to the beach!

It was a perfect quiet location with good access to the beach and frequent bus service to other resorts.

Some local restaurants closed but nothing the park could do about that.

We ran outta gas during our stay but didn’t know we had till we went to cook in night... by then the office was shut... Slight problem with ants in the vsn

Great stay at the Royal Oak

The caravan we booked was fab, super clean and had everything we needed. The deck was lovely, sunny aspect all day. Seating for 4 with a low glass table for drinks. Free view telly was great for the evening. Seating in lounge a 2 seater couch and 2 chairs. Nice cushions and a foot stool! Table for 4 for eating meals - lovely. Chippy just over the road with a Spa shop and cash point. Loads of storage to keep everything nice and tidy. Staff really friendly and polite. The sockets also had USB charging to make charging easy. Free WIFI not the best connection but we were on holiday so left our phones alone for most of the break which was great. Central heating that you can control! Atmospheric fire too if it is chilly. The shower is super powerful and loads of room. Bed king size and really comfy. Kitchen everything you need. Take champagne flutes if you fancy a processco!! Would definitely return!! Thanks to the Royal Oak!!

The site was lovely but the entrance let's it down a little. Great flowers right on the road, but as you come in you see old decking and the bins. Perhaps screen this off? Missed the site, as signage not as clear as it could be. Not a major issue as it is easy to turn around. Perhaps a free standing light would be nice in the living room rather than putting BIG light on! Perhaps a few hooks to hang things on!!

The caravan was beautiful and very clean, nice location between Skegness and Ingoldmells. The site very well kept and tidy. Overall very happy with my short break.
