Very clean and tidy.

This particular apartment ('The Studio' I believe), is described as dog friendly. The front door opens directly onto a main road with no direct access to the quieter courtyard at the rear of the building.

Fabulous apartment! Will return to stay again!

Check-in in was really straight forward, I had all the information I needed in an email before arrival. The apartment we stayed in was lovely. Modern, clean and perfectly located. There was parking immediately out front for both loading and unloading. Free parking out front from 6pm and 9am too. I loved that all your necessities were right on the doorstep; Co-op, petrol station, pet shop, an alladin’s cave type essentials store and lots of eateries. The nearby Italian restaurant was lovely. Best of all, only a short walk to the beach with my dogs for an off lead splash in the sea

The bathroom door and bunk bed needs some WD40, for a light sleeper like me this gave me a broken nights sleep

Nice getaway with family

An excellent place to stay with family – spotless, comfortable, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The flat had everything we could possibly need for a relaxing holiday, and its cosy atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. We enjoyed our time here so much that we genuinely didn’t want to leave. Perfect for a peaceful getaway, and we will definitely be returning.

The only thing that could be improved is the check-in and check-out times, as check-in felt a little late and check-out a bit too early. Aside from that, it’s perfect for a peaceful getaway

Hosts were great at communicating and answered any questions quickly . The accommodation was very nice, really clean, and comfortable offering everything you need and more for a great stay. Parking was also easy lots in the immediate area. The location was great within easy walking distance to everything. Overall we had a fabulous stay and would highly recommend.

Apart from the garden, wifi, door handle and making and stripping the beds it was ok

Perfect location and clean

When I booked I had the impression that we would have access to the garden, it stated no where that it was only for certain apartments. We was told the night before there was no WiFi even tho it said there was.the door knob to get in was difficult to open, both my partner and I had sore hands from this. Having to make 5 beds up when I got there and to strip them before we left and sent a list of jobs to do before we left. You go on holiday to have a break. Also I messaged about the garden and was messaged the list of things I have to do before leaving and not answering the question I asked. I think the apartments should be advertised individually because I feel it was advertised wrong and we should have had access to the garden.

We needed a base to sleep and freshen up, and the apartment was perfect , I wouldn’t have wanted more than 2 adults stay

It was close to all the bustle but not in amongst it , perfect position.

The outside seating area required some attention to the over grown weeds in areas .

Everything about the property was great. The host was very attentive and helpful.

The only down side was the fact that the bedrooms didn’t have blackout blinds. Also, the guests who were staying in the two apartments below us which had access to the courtyard were extremely loud in that area during the early hours of the morning. We were woken out of our sleep twice.

There was nothing we didn’t like, just missing bin bags in kitchen and bathroom so we had to go shop to buy our own ( not a big deal)

Scammers

Excellent location and garden space

There was soil on the duvet and pillows had stains as well as the sofa had stains too after leaving the owner tried to blame me for the damage and took half of my deposit even though I explained we didn’t use sofa and we used our own bedding however basically scammed me be careful!!!

Great quality apartment in a lovely building.

Great apartment, high standard for the area. V pleased to find complimentary Yorkshire Tea tea bags and Kenco coffee + biscuits on arrival - good quality and I liked that the bed was unmade so I could see how clean mattress/protectors/ pillow etc were before using the bed linen provided by the host - bed linen good quality and looked professionally cleaned - big tick from me. Will definitely return.

Good location, close to the seafront. Apartment was well kitted out and bed was comfy. Suitable for a small family, could be quite cramped with 4 people. Very clean. Host was very good. Nice price.

Bathroom smelt like smoke as it backed onto the outside space which people have obviously smoked in. Can hear the upstairs flat.

It worked and was comfortable though a little noisy

he accommodation was clean and organised, precisely meeting our requirements for a holiday rental. Its convenient location allows for a pleasant stroll to the city center and a brief walk to the nearby bus stop servicing Fantasy Island.

The noise from neighboring apartments was unexpectedly loud, even with all the windows closed, which was not feasible on a very hot day. As a non-smoking family, it was unpleasant to have a designated smoking area outside where our bedroom windows opened.

Enjoyable stay in a nice apartment in a good location, just a couple of small things I would change but would stay again

Location good, spacious, clean - except the used nappy left in the cupboard under the sink

Only provided with 1 toilet roll. Had to remove own rubbish on check out but no bin close by so had to take it in car with us. Had to put bed linen on ourselves and take off on check out. Would prefer this to be done for us.

Brilliant but busy

The House is the best kept on the street and the decor is modern and clean, the basement apartment is lovely and the courtyard is well kept. Communication is on point and replies to any question , which are almost instant.Everything you need for a few days away. Coop across the road was very convenient. The beds are amazingly comfortable

As the basement apartment your bedrooms are on the road, a busy road. A busy, loud road that has a bin truck at 6 am on a Saturday morning and is next to a busy take away with delivery drivers that park outside the apartments until 2am.. Couldn't close the windows as it was uncomfortably warm and a bit stuffy being in the basement.. The courtyard was lovely but it's shared, and we had to close the curtains for privacy. A screen or a bit of fence would have been appreciated. I do think for the £5 charge per person for bed linen is a bit much when you have to make your beds when you arrive and strip it and pack in a curtain way when you leave. One or the other seems more reasonable. I do understand that owners want you to leave the place as you found it, but some of the cleaning requests on leaving are a bit much when you pay well for what you get. The shower was the bain of our trip.. there is a glass side door to it, but all the water just goes straight out the front onto the floor.. no matter how careful you are, the bathroom gets flooded, and the bath mat is useless after one use.. I did inform them as we left and they said they would leave extra mats for the next guest but you're still going to have to mop after every shower due to it's design faults.

Valletta housing

The King size bed was comfortable.

Couldn't get assess to the tv, such as Netflix and the banging noises were getting louder from the other property, with kids screaming and parents shouting. We also didn't like how they were only 1 key for the property which was ridiculous and bug coming out of nowhere. The radiator wasn't working as it should the door handle was loose, and the doors won't stay shut. The bunk bed seemed dodgy which wasn't safe, for our kids to sleep on.

Spacious and ideal location to skegness itself.

Location was ideal as it was a short walk to main skegness center. Plenty of space and room to walk around.

Beds were abit hard for what we uses to. Traffic loud at night but cant be helped due to being on a main busy road.

This is the third time I have stayed at these apartments and I can’t fault anything. Great for us as we have a dog and he is always welcome. The apartment has everything you need and is lovely and clean. Location is just a short walk to the main attractions. Will stay again for sure!

Overall a nice stay, especially as it’s so close to the beach

Customer service was excellent, bedrooms and facilities were really good.

The shower had no door, wi if wasn’t brilliant and it was really easy to hear the neibours through the walls and ceiling.

We enjoyed our family visit to Valletta House it was great location and nice and clean property .

It was clean as expected felt like it’s own home kids loved it will definitely visit again in future. Also shops were nearby the apartment and Indian restaurant we visited loved it.

Everything was perfect but it will be great to keep a bucket in the bathroom tub in case if anyone need it.

the only down fall was the parking but manageable it was only a street away.
