Clean, modern, spacious and great location

We will definitely stay here again . Very clean ideal location. Loved it . Just a short journey into Skegness . We had the best time it was Fantastic. Host was very helpful when we had any questions.

Very clean and comfortable

The decor and layout were lovely. Seasiders open top buses bus stop was across the road which was good as my kids wanted to ride it. Food shops and convenience stores all a few minutes away. 10 minute walk to the attractions. "The den" which was the apartment we were initially put in was really awful. Fruit flies everywhere, musty dog smell coming from the sofas. Bed based caked in dog hairs, human nails and grime. Spiders in every corner, and floor haven't been mopped. I called the owner who advised us to move into "the hideaway" apartment" for the duration of our 2 night stay upon receiving the images of the bed etc. The hideaway apartment was much better, no flies, dog smell or grime in the bed bases or sheets. But the bathroom was grime. I cleaned the shower and sink with the bleach that was left in the cleaning caddy so we could use the bathroom happily. The downfall is the quality of work the cleaners are carrying out. The apartments could do with a deep clean, bleach and hoover which shouldn't take the cleaners more than 45 minutes due to the size however they do not clearly do a proper clean. If they did this would be a lovely place to stay and I would recommend and re book.

Bins over flowing outside the room which stunk and had alot of flies.
