Barn Cottage - E5560

What a little gem of a cottage! Set down a little lane of quiet cottages a few step down leads you to this detached cottage on a lower level than all the rest giving total privacy. The garden has the sun all day long and the beautiful hot tub is clean, warm and has great relaxing jets. The cottage is pet friendly for one well behaved pet and the garden is enclosed. We were met with a personal welcome from Ian who goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need for your stay. The kettle was boiled, there was tea, coffee,sugar and milk. Fresh flowers, a bottle of wine, fruit, bread and butter to make sure you wouldn't have to leave and dash out to the shop as soon as you arrived. The cottage is a ten minute walk from the beautiful Winthorpe dog friendly beach, 20 minute walk to Skeg Town Centre and 8 minutes to the local chippy and coop. I now wouldn't stay anywhere else when visiting the east coast as its a short drive to all other areas. Thank you Ian and Claire

I dont want to pull this cottage down cause nothing would stop me booking this cottage again but as a honest review some things are starting to become very worn and will very soon need upgrading. The kingsize mattress, the downstairs flooring and the shower and small things like new mats etc will need to be changed just to keep it tip top.
