The moment you step through the doors of Moody Ranch, you’ll realise you’ve arrived somewhere truly special. Beautifully created by Moody’s Holiday Lets, every corner has been thoughtfully designed with a breath taking blend of rustic Italian craftsmanship and Western character, creating a one-of-a-kind holiday home where families and friends can relax and make unforgettable memories.
Inside, handcrafted lighting, textured Italian-style walls and carefully restored reclaimed materials create an authentic character making you feel as though you’ve stepped into another world. At the heart is a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area with island, flexible dining space, comfortable seating, a double sofa bed and a 65inch TV. Patio doors from the lounge and a door from the kitchen open directly onto the garden, making it perfect for indoor-outdoor living. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, with tea, coffee, sugar provided.
Moody Ranch sleeps up to 12 across four individually themed bedrooms. The ground-floor Bamboo Room features a king-size bed, TV and direct garden access, perfect for morning coffee. Upstairs, the Hat Room offers a super-king or two single beds, an additional single bed and a unique en-suite with a freestanding bath, toilet and sink. The Horse Room has a super-king or two singles plus a single sofa bed, while the Cowboy Room can be arranged as a double or two single beds. Luxury bedding, towels, hand wash and shower gel are provided.
There are two ground-floor bathrooms and an additional second-floor toilet.
Outside, large, fully enclosed garden is perfect for children and dogs, with a covered seating area, a unique Western-style circular seating area and a games room with pool and foosball. Free WiFi, parking for three cars, and the beach and town just a 3minute walk away complete an unforgettable stay.
