Lovely clean property. Fantastic, comfortable stay. Really quiet area and only a short walk of 15-20 mins to the beach/town centre. We'll definitely be back!

Beautiful property with great accesories and local facilities.

The property was fantastic. Lovely 3 storey with an en-suite bathroom. Lots of accessories provided including tea, coffee, milk, snacks, toiletries, seasonings….the list goes from on. The hosts provide really useful information about local facilities to access. The price for local Ubers and bus into Skegness is soooo cheap.

There is nothing I can really say I don’t like. However, a new kettle is needed or it needs descaling as scaling was found in hot drinks. The aerial also needs replacing as we had to place the TV at a certain angle for it to work.

Gorgeous decorated rooms and such comfy beds !! Had everything we needed and loved the little games that are there too ! Great location with space for a few cars as well which was perfect Was lovely to stay in !!

The place had high standards of cleanliness and order.. good reception. We didn’t struggle with anything. It was a five star service and my kids said it was the best place they have been so far because the place had everything for them from children books , games , toys . They did not miss home at all but infact they wanted to stay longer

Beautifully decorated comfortable home from home

The property was beautifully clean, in a lovely quiet location and close enough to the beach. Host was lovely and on hand for any questions we had. It also came with everything you need for a lovely stay and to make full use of the kitchen. The house was beautifully decorated.

The garden was a bit overgrown with weeds so couldn’t take advantage of being outside once we was back for the day.

Lovely relaxing break - everyone loved the house and wants to come back again- highly recommended

Lovely touches by the host- left us milk, tea, coffee, sugar and even croissants. Very handy when you arrive with three teenagers. Spacious , tastefully decorated and so clean! The bedding smelt devine! Rooms were heated comfortably. Netflix available ( teenagers loved this).

There wasn’t a shower curtain in one of the bathrooms so the floor got very wet. We had to use a towel to soak up the water. Had to go to the shop to buy a baking tray as there weren’t any when we cooked a meal. Felt awful just putting our mugs on the table without coasters ( didn’t want to cause damage on the surfaces) so used the chopping board! Could do with a list to tell us which bin is for what recycling. This isn’t a criticism just observations - the house was great and we definitely will use again.

Lovely home for a family stay

Lovely quiet cul de sac. All towels provided, tea, coffee & sugar. The house was immaculately clean. Lots of added little touches by Simon & his wife who were great to deal with. Would definitely book again.
