The cottage was a great location, 10 mins from fantasy island, 10 mins (or less) from the beach
Very clean and well maintained. Good communication from host. Dog and child friendly. The third room with and en suite and bath was blissful for a relaxed break. Little treats on arrival was a lovely touch. Great stay and memories made. We will be back soon!

Very beautiful property with modern decor, it was a very pleasant stay
The only thing was that the 3rd bedroom was in a different house which if I would have known I probably wouldn’t have booked as I was really uncomfortable to have one of my children sleep in a different house

Close to skegness only 5 min drive. In a quite location but close to supermarkets. It has a Tesco express in walking distance as well as a pub which unfortunately was under renovation and not due to open until 25th July.
There is a bus stop right outside the bungalow if needed. And a large drive for 2 vehicles. It is decorated in a modern style.
There are no locks on the bathroom doors or bins. There was no tin/bottle opener so we had to buy one. One of the double bedrooms and bathroom is in the old garage, which we didn't realise until we got there, so you have to go to the main house for the kitchen. Also there was no hanging rails in the separate building so we had to buy some aswell as hangers. Indeed of plates and cutlery in the kitchen. And some of the windows need replacing as they have blown.
