Southview holiday park caravan

The accommodation was very easy to find and was very spacious. The main bedroom has an en suite!

There is a sewage smell in the main toilet/shower room not sure what’s causing it but gets stronger the more the facility is used

It offered lots of amenities. Lovely large caravan. Right near the club. Lots of seating outside on the veranda.

The fridge door has dropped so you had to lift it up to close it. The sofa is really badly threaded and dirty underneath the cushions. The spring cushions were badly soiled. Lots of bits and hairs around the bathroom. It didn’t look like it had been cleaned.

It was an amazing! The caravan was decorated well, it was clean, has a oven, hob, air fryer, decent TV,

The fridge freezer is on the way out or struggling with the heat, but that really didn’t stop us enjoying our time there, I highly recommend the caravan

The caravan was very clean and well equipt. A lovely comfortable stay had by both of us. It was situated in a nice quiet location on the park. Suprisingly so seen as we were close to the club. We expected more noise but it was very peaceful.

Lack of communication regarding needing own bedding. We found that out when we had already set off and was on our way to the caravan. Needs to be in the description section of the caravan when you book. When we arrived there was a 3hr delay in getting the key code to access the caravan. No answering of phone calls or messages by the oener, which wasn't ideal as one of the guests was disabled so caused a bit of a problem. Ideally would recommend sending the key code to the guests a week before they are due to arrive. However, once sorted and eventually able to gain access. The stay was very nice and comfortable.
